Privacy Policy

In our line of work, we have access to a lot of personal data. We feel it’s important for you to know how wee handle that information, and the trust you place in us not to misuse it. Any information you share with us, stays with us. Our data storage is on-premises, not in the cloud somewhere. We are the only ones with access to your information.
When we do data backups, we never see the data. We tell the software to back up certain locations and it does. When we transfer that data to a new hard drive, we tell the software to restore to the same locations. It tells us when it’s done. Sure, we see what’s on the desktop and in the downloads folder (filenames only, and we’re only looking for potentially malicious applications), but we don’t look into your documents, photos, etc. When we work on a phone, we only see the home screen and maybe one applications screen. We don’t need to look at photos or anything else.
Anything we do see stays with us, unless we see something like child pornography. That, we will report, but only to the authorities. Your friends and neighbors will never learn anything about you from us.
When we develop a mailing list, the names and emails of subscribers will never be made public.
